Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Maritime Specialist with a strong background in the maritime and infrastructure sectors, particularly on mega projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support material procurement activities for maritime and infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with Aramco and Saudi Government procedures and organizational requirements.
  • Utilize SAP systems for procurement planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Apply project procurement standards, procedures, and specifications throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Support supplier prequalification, evaluation, and approval processes.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with contractual requirements, including FIDIC-based contracts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in maritime and infrastructure procurement.
  • B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with SAP procurement systems.
  • Knowledge of Aramco and Saudi Government procurement procedures.
  • Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.

Salary Range:

  • 20,000 – 25,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
