Material Expeditor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Material Expeditor with a thorough knowledge of project procurement & Logistics practices, standards, procedures, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up and expedite materials in line with project procurement schedules and priorities.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco procedures, standards, and organizational requirements.
• Monitor procurement and logistics activities to identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Review supplier documentation, delivery schedules, and shipping status.
• Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site teams to support uninterrupted project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in material procurement and expediting for projects.
• B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics practices, standards, procedures, and specifications.
• Experience with Aramco procedures and organizations is preferred.

Salary Range:

15,000 – 20,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
