Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity surveying and cost-related activities across project works. Preference will be given to candidates with experience on Aramco projects. The role requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate progress measurement and effective cost control in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity surveying activities, including measurement, valuation, and verification of works.
• Prepare and review progress measurements, payment applications, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and vendor teams to validate quantities and progress.
• Ensure compliance with project management practices, standards, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project quantities, variations, and change orders.
• Support contract administration and cost control activities.
• Identify discrepancies or risks related to quantities and progress and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quantity surveying records and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
• Experience on Aramco projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices, standards, procedures, and specifications.

Salary Range:

18,000 – 30,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
