About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our workforce solutions across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence
Understand client needs and provide tailored manpower solutions
Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, preferably in manpower or staffing services
Strong network within the Saudi market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Must have a car and a valid Saudi driving license
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
