We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Representative to promote recruitment and construction services, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present and promote company services to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with recruitment and construction teams.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Attend networking events and trade shows.
Qualifications & Experience
- Nationality: Saudi or Arab (valid iqama required).
- Gender: Female.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Experience: 1–5 years in sales (preferably recruitment or construction).
Skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
