We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with strong English communication skills and proficiency in computer applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy. Fluency in Arabic is a strong plus, though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Assist with office tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating logistics, and managing invoices.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Mandatory:
  • Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, email platforms, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Preferred (but not required):
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken/written).
  • Prior experience in an administrative role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
