Finishing Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor with expertise in finishing works, decoration, and landscaping. The ideal candidate will oversee the final stages of construction projects, ensuring high-quality finishes, timely completion, and compliance with design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate finishing works (interior/exterior), decoration, and landscaping activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage, wastage control, and workforce productivity.
- Conduct inspections to identify defects and ensure corrective actions.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve finishing-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
- Arab National (preferred for visa processing in KSA).
- 10+ years of experience in finishing, decoration, and landscaping.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and quality standards.
- Valid Saudi driving license and own car (mandatory for site visits).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
