Overview:
We are seeking a Marine / Naval Engineer with solid experience in the maritime and naval industries, particularly in shipyard projects and operations. The role is responsible for overseeing marine and naval engineering activities, ensuring proper execution of construction and operational works in compliance with approved project procedures and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee marine and naval engineering activities across shipyard and maritime projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary functional teams to ensure correct implementation of project procedures and requirements.
• Take overall responsibility for marine/naval engineering works and construction activities.
• Supervise shipyard operations to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure marine and naval works are executed in line with approved standards and best industry practices.
• Identify technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions.
• Support project planning, execution, and progress monitoring activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in maritime and naval engineering, preferably within shipyard environments.
• Proven experience in project and operational roles in shipyards.
• B.Sc. in Marine / Naval Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of shipyard operations, construction processes, and marine engineering standards.

Salary Range:

18,000 – 30,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
